MODTECH is a partnership firm established in 1993 by Mr. Sanjay Rajoria, a qualified civil engineer, with the able guidance of his father Shri K.B. Rajoria — a civil engineering professional of national repute with long-standing experience in the construction industry.

Since inception, MODTECH has executed a vast range of projects including Institutional and High-rise Residential Buildings, Architectural Finishing of Metro Stations, PEB Structures, Foot Over Bridges, Sewerage, Drainage, Water Supply, Electrification, and general development works.
